CookTAP Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you play a round of CookTAP, the App may send the following anonymous gameplay information to our secure cloud database:

• A random, anonymous device identifier generated on your device (not your Apple ID, name, email, or any account — just a random code stored on your device)
• Gameplay statistics: score, rounds played, Perfect / Good / Burnt counts, play duration, average reaction time, and app version

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera data, Apple ID, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or any other personally identifying information. We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.

How we use this information

Solely to understand gameplay patterns (such as session length and difficulty balance) so we can improve the game. This data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data storage and security

Gameplay data is stored in a secure cloud database. Access is restricted to the developer. The App can only send new records — it cannot read, modify, or delete existing records.

Data retention and your rights

Data is anonymous and is not linked to your identity. If you would like to request deletion of records associated with your device, contact us below and include your device identifier if you have it (found in the app's settings, if applicable).

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. CookTAP is safe for players of all ages.

Third-party services

We use a cloud backend provider to store anonymous gameplay statistics. We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or social SDKs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
